Antibody drug development support service "CAMouse"

A fully human antibody mouse that ensures the normal development of B cells and directly expresses fully human IgG!

The "CAMouse" is a fully human antibody mouse that directly expresses fully human IgG while ensuring the normal development of B cells in mice. Human immunoglobulin heavy chain and K/λ light chain genes have been introduced, while simultaneously inactivating the endogenous heavy and light chain genes in the mouse. Seventy human immunoglobulin V regions, including 32 VH, 22 VK, and 16 Vλ, have been incorporated, providing a rich diversity of rearrangement. [Technological Advantages] ■ Establishment of efficient transgenic technology for ultra-large genes (>500kb) ■ Development of technology to spatially and temporally control B cell development in the host animal, allowing for the production of fully human IgG all at once. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
